Exchanges:

If you purchased an item(s) from NOHO and would like to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 30 days of your purchase date, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will ship the new items to the original ‘ship to’ address at no extra charge. Item(s) purchased from NOHO must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of your purchase date. Items purchased on sale (including surprise boxes) or with a promo code cannot be refunded. To return an item(s) for a refund please send it to the address below with a copy of the sales invoice email. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
